About the event
A local expert will explain to us the process and basics of buying home. We will cover the following points in details.
- Role of real estate agent
- Steps before visiting properties
- How to search for properties
- Checklist visit
- Hands on approach to buy a property (how to make an offer)
- Offer accepted: next steps + looking into the additional costs
- Signing the deeds do’s and don'ts
These sessions will be held in English. We will start with a presentation and then have time for Q&A at the end. We will only focus on questions pertaining to general situations, if you have questions about a very specific situation, there may not be time to address these.
