IHL Summer Potluck!
If you have been to an IHL potluck before you know how much we love trying food from around the world and how it brings people together!
This summer we invite you to the International House once again to share your delicious delicacies and engage in a wonderful evening of community.
The IHL band will also make an appearance, so you definitely won't want to miss this event.
What is a potluck, you ask? Well this is a community centered event where everyone brings a dish/food/snack/meal of their choosing. It can be something from your home country or simply something you love to eat. If everyone brings around 4-5 servings of their favorite dish, then we will have plenty of food for everyone to enjoy!
What to bring: A dish of about 4-5 servings, it can be an appetizer, entree, or dessert. Please fill out this document with what you are bringing, and you can even add your recipe. When you arrive we will try to label the dishes (especially with labels such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc.)
Who will be there: The IHL team, the band, internationals in and around Leuven, and locals. Bring your colleagues, local friends, kids and family! Everyone is welcome.
What will the IHL provide? We will cover the plates and cutlery. We will also have a small bar where you can purchase drinks for 2€ (wine, beer, soft drinks)
Date & Time: August 9 - 17:00-21:00
Feel free to arrive starting at 17:00. We will set up the tables with all of your delicious food and then start eating around 18:00! The Band will play around 19:00.
Location: We will be meeting at the International House ideally outside in the courtyard, if the weather is bad we will be meeting inside (please note that our building is unfortunately not accessible to anything with wheels, as you have to enter via the stairs. If you need help getting in let us know and we can figure something out :)
